CUSTOMER WARRANTY

FC DESIGN PROJECTS (“Company”) warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") of FC DESIGN PROJECTS Quartz stone product ("Product") that, for a period of 15 years from the date of installation, the Product will be free from material manufacturing defects under normal use and service.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE:
A. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser.
B. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from:
• Improper care or maintenance.
• Misuse, abuse, or accidents.
• Exposure to extreme temperature.
• Normal wear and tear.

2. WARRANTY TERMS:
In the event of a defect during the warranty period, the Company's sole responsibility is, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective Product. The Company will not cover the cost of labour for removal or installation of the original or replacement product.
3. REMEDY:
In the event of a defect during the warranty period, the Company's sole responsibility is, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective Product. The Company will not cover the cost of labour for removal or installation of the original or replacement product.

4. CLAIM PROCESS:
A. To file a claim under this warranty, the Purchaser must:
• Notify the Company in writing within 7 days of discovering the defect.
• Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect Stone &, photographs, videos).
B. Upon receipt of a claim, the Company will:
• Investigate the claim and inspect the Product, if necessary.
• Respond to the claim within 7 days of receipt.

5. LIMITATIONS:
A. This warranty does not cover products not manufactured by FC DESIGN PROJECTS even if they are used in conjunction with the Product.
B. The Company makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. a
C. In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
A. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights as a customer in South Africa which this warranty does not exclude.
B. No agent, employee, or representative of the Company has the authority to modify this warranty in any way.
